Old Testament once, New Testament twice, Psalms twice, Proverbs 12 times. Four readings a day, keyed to calendar date (any year).

Readings follow the date on your device (month and day), never weekdays — the plan works in any year.
The Proverbs chapter matches the day of the month; shorter months combine the final chapters.
29 February has no readings; it is a catch-up day.
